Since his admission to the New York Bar in 1981, Mr. Wikstrom has represented hundreds of individuals and business entities in complex white-collar (and non-white collar) cases in federal and state courts. He has extensive experience at all stages of the criminal process, from advising grand jury targets and witnesses, to guiding clients through arrest, indictment, negotiation and other pretrial litigation, representation at trial and on appeal.
He is a member of the Federal Bar Council, the New York Council of Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Mr. Wikstrom received his undergraduate degree from Columbia College in 1977 and his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1980.
